Archie Barribal

Archie joined MRA Search’s Dubai office in 2026, where he specialises in placing Associates at all levels across International, Magic Circle, and US law firms in the UAE. Prior to joining MRA Search, he gained one year of experience working as a Private Practice Recruitment Consultant in Dubai.

Having operated in a competitive, fast-moving legal market, Archie has developed strong experience in delivering well-matched shortlists, building relationships, and providing candidates with clear and honest market insight throughout the recruitment process.

Archie graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and travelling.
