Bo Geng Lim

Bo Geng joined MRA in December 2025. As a lawyer-turned-recruiter, Bo Geng specialises in private practice recruitment at all levels across local and international law firms, including Magic Circle, White Shoe and Red Circle firms. Bo Geng brings a practitioner’s perspective to legal recruitment, allowing him to understand the demands of practice whilst advising on talent and retention strategy. With experience leading a private practice desk in his previous firm, Bo Geng adopts a consultative approach, focusing on building long-term relationships while consistently delivering on complex and time-sensitive mandates.

Before his career in recruitment, Bo Geng studied Law at the National University of Singapore, and previously practised as an intellectual property and technology Lawyer at a global law firm. In his spare time, Bo Geng enjoys recreational sports (e.g. badminton, snowboarding, pickleball) and music.
