Jonathan began his legal recruitment career in 2016, initially based in London before relocating to Dubai in 2017, where he has remained ever since. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Jonathan practiced as a lawyer, which gave him first hand insight into the legal profession and the career decisions that lawyers face.

He works across a broad spectrum of clients, from US and Magic Circle firms to international and regionally based law firms in the Middle East. Over the years, Jonathan has supported hundreds of lawyers in advancing their careers across the region, from assisting senior partners with complex lateral moves to advising associates at all levels as they navigate their career paths.
