Kristina Steele

Kristina is Co-Head of Australia at MRA Search and the founder of the Sydney office. A law graduate of the University of Westminster in London, she spent over a decade working in law firms in the UK before relocating to Sydney in 2017, giving her a rare dual-market perspective and a genuine understanding of the legal profession that she brings to every search.

Prior to joining MRA Search, Kristina spent over six years at a leading Australian legal recruitment company, progressing to Director, where she built a strong reputation placing lawyers of varying levels across a broad range of practice areas into leading Australian law firms nationwide.

At MRA Search, Kristina specialises in associate to partner-level recruitment for leading Australian and international law firms and has particular expertise supporting lawyers relocating both to and from Australia.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her extended family, her dog Bella and unwinding at Sydney’s many beautiful beaches.
