We are proud to share the opening of our latest office – in Sydney, Australia. This marks the second office location in Australia and the tenth globally.

Following our expansion to Melbourne at the end of 2024, this move signals our dedication to the growing Australian legal market as well as bolstering our international reputation and experience working with the top lawyers and firms worldwide.

Senior Consultant and Co-Head of the Australian market, Kristina Steele, is our latest senior hire. With a wealth of experience behind her, she will be running the Sydney office and leading the Australia team alongside MRA Search veteran Ben Myers.

Kristina specialises in associate and partner recruitment for leading Australian and international law firms. She also supports candidates relocating both to and from Australia.
