Company CEO and co-founder, Paul Roxburgh is a leading figure in the Asian legal recruitment market. While an equity partner at another leading recruitment business, he spent six years in Hong Kong building and running the firm's Asia practice. He has a wealth of market knowledge, experience and high-level contacts in the region and has placed numerous high-profile partners and associates in a range of practice areas.

Our Asia practice works on both contingent and retained search and is well-placed to advise both lawyers and law firms on local lateral recruitment. Having extensive experience in many international locations, we are also highly adept at moving lawyers from one jurisdiction to another.
