The International Team at MRA Search consists of teams dedicated to searches in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and offshore jurisdictions. Together, we assist lawyers in relocating internationally between jurisdictions and around the overseas locations within which we as a business do not currently have a physical presence.
Drawing on decades of experience and bespoke jurisdictional knowledge, our Offshore and Overseas team has successfully facilitated moves from newly qualified up to partner level. We focus on Australia, the Middle East, the US, and the full spectrum of offshore jurisdictions around the world.

How we do it
Given the comparative scale and complexity of any international move, and the additional risks involved both for the individual who is moving and the hiring business, our position in the process is far more consultative and far more ‘involved’ than most recruitment relationships.
As well as ensuring that the match on paper is a good one, extra care needs to be taken that individual lawyers' aspirations are realistic and that their motivations are genuine and appropriate for a particular market.
