Award-winning recruiter Bally Aujla joins MRA Search to launch and head up the New York legal recruitment practice to assist a growing client base. With over 13 years’ experience, Bally has placed associates into top 100 law firms across London, New York, Dubai, Paris and Moscow. Bally’s track record includes launching the legal search division of a leading London-based recruitment agency and expanding that practice to the Middle East.
Before joining MRA Search, Bally founded and ran a boutique legal recruitment agency for several years and co-created a social app for the South Asian Community.

Alongside a recently opened office in Singapore in August 2022, and the company’s existing offices in London, Hong Kong and Milan, we plan to open a physical office in New York later in the year.
