Solveig Liv Heilmann

Solveig is co-heading MRA’s in-house practice in Continental Europe and is based in Frankfurt, Germany. She joined MRA Search in 2024 coming from another leading international legal search firm where she also worked in the European in-house market focusing on the DACH region and the Nordics.

Solveig is a German qualified lawyer. She studied law at the University of Düsseldorf and trained with magic circle and boutique law firms as well as the Federal Foreign office, working at the German Embassy in Bern, Switzerland. Before starting her career in legal recruitment, she worked as a public law lawyer in a boutique law firm.

Aside from work, Solveig loves travelling, exploring new cities, countries and cultures. She plays tennis since her early childhood, and it is still her goal to visit all Grand Slam tournaments. She is also very interested in history, politics, architecture, arts and photography.
