Virginie Baches

Virginie joined MRA Search in February 2021. She is a senior recruitment consultant in the French team and she works closely with elite magic circle, leading French and US law firms.

Prior to joining MRA Search, Virginie started her career in legal recruitment in 2017 at another leading international legal recruitment firm. She studied Law at undergraduate level at the University of Toulouse and then completed her master's degree in Public Health Law at the University of Montpellier.

In her spare time, Virginie loves to spend time with her little daughter and her husband in parks and at sports classes. She particularly enjoys contemporary and commercial dance classes.
