Alessia De Simoni

Alessia joined MRA Search in 2021 as a Senior Consultant in the Italian team. Alessia works closely with elite magic circle, US and leading/mid-market national law firms having full coverage and a deep understanding of the domestic market. She specialises in representing and recruiting lawyers across all practice areas and at all levels, from newly qualified to mid/senior associates.

Alessia started her career in recruitment in 2017 at a leading London-based international recruitment firm, after graduating in Business Management at Queen Mary University of London.

In her spare time, Alessia loves walking her dog and cooking. She is addicted to travelling driven by her passion for languages.
