Aylin Berenti

Aylin is a Senior Consultant in the Associate Division where she recruits across all levels into the London private practice market. She predominantly works with Magic Circle, Silver Circle and US firms placing lawyers across different levels and multiple practice areas. She also has experience placing international lawyers into the UK market.

Before joining MRA Search, Aylin spent ten years at a leading international recruitment agency. She also spent time in-house at a top tier law firm so has experience from the client side first hand.

Prior to moving into legal recruitment, Aylin qualified as a solicitor after training at a Magic Circle firm, having studied Law at The London School of Economics.

Outside of work, Aylin is a keen cook (often being mistaken for Nigella!), an avid reader and gaming enthusiast.
