Clay Giffin

Clay joined MRA Search after several years at the largest legal recruitment firm in the US. His expertise helps establish and build out MRA Search's North American Partner Practice group. After a successful career in Real Estate and Law Firm Management, Clay found his calling in legal recruitment, and for the last seven years he has focused on lateral partner placements in the New York market.

A classically trained concert pianist, Clay puts as much attention to detail in his practice as is required by a successful pedagogist. He splits his time between Manhattan and a little sandbar just outside the city called Fire Island.
