Deborah Franchini

Deborah joined MRA Search in August 2019. She is a recruitment consultant in the Italian team and she works closely with elite magic circle, US and mid-market firms.

Prior to embarking on a career in legal recruitment, Deborah studied legal sciences at undergraduate level at the Università del Piemonte Orientale "Amedeo Avogadro". She then completed her master's degree in management and finance with focus on human resources, whilst working for a leading employment agency.
