Emma Schofield

Emma is the Head of Marketing at MRA Search. She joined in 2022 when she started with the overhaul of the MRA Search brand. She is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy in the UK and internationally.

Emma works with all of our global teams to help them fulfil their business objectives through specific marketing activities that encompass thought leadership, events, sponsorship, websites, advertising, PR and social media.

With a background in law and HR and non-linear career journey, Emma has worked in marketing since 2014. She has gained marketing experience in various sectors including legal, travel and not-for-profit.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys yoga, watching films, going to festivals, and taking extensive walks around London with her newly adopted rescue dog.
