Emma Tallick

Emma joined MRA Search in 2024 as a Consultant. She undertakes partner-level searches for both UK and US firms in London and has experience across a number of sectors.

In addition to her role as a Consultant, Emma also heads up our Research team and is responsible for the delivery of in-depth market research for clients, whether this be in relation to a specific hire, team build out or office launch.
Prior to joining MRA Search, Emma was a Consultant at another legal search firm, working on both partner searches and in-house searches.

Before embarking on a career in legal recruitment, Emma spent four years as a paralegal at a Top 50 UK law firm.
