Eve Yao

Eve joined MRA Search in September 2023 as Senior Consultant in Hong Kong team. She has nine years' experience working at Kinney Recruiting and Lewis Sanders in Hong Kong where she placed lawyers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Korea, Tokyo, Singapore, and sometimes Thailand. Prior to joining MRA Search, she worked as Head of Asia at Kinney Recruiting, focusing on placing lawyers in private practice and in-house positions across all levels.

Eve is passionate about building up human rapports and making positive influences. She is well-connected with lawyers at international and city law firms in Hong Kong and in China. She understands the market intelligence around firms’ culture, team structures and the type of works a role specifies.

After work, Eve enjoys running 10K, cycling, and exploring new spots locally and overseas. Additionally, she is a keen cooking learner and a big fan for rowing sports.
