About me
Helmut heads our German business, focusing on recruiting partners and teams for law firms.
With extensive experience in partner searches, partner representation, team moves and new office launches, Helmut has been responsible for some of the most prominent lateral moves in the German market.
He has been working in legal recruitment since 2004 and joined MRA Search in 2024 from another major international legal search boutique, where he led the German business.
Helmut qualified as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and practiced law for over five years: in-house with a major insurance company and with Ashurst in Frankfurt and London in the corporate/M&A department. He is also a UK qualified solicitor.
