Jan Heuser

Jan is Head of Private Practice Germany. He joined MRA Search in 2024 from another leading international legal search boutique.

He started working in the legal recruitment industry in 2009 and spent his career assisting law firms with their strategic growth decisions. At MRA Search, Jan works across the German market, advising on senior level recruitment. With his extensive experience, he is focusing on partners, team moves, and strategic searches such as office openings.

He studied law at the University of Bayreuth in Germany and spent part of his legal training at the Munich office of Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. He was then admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in 2009.
