Josh Hall

Josh joined MRA Search's in-house legal team in May 2025, bringing with him over six years of experience in the sector. He specialises in placing legal professionals at all levels within the in-house market, working closely with executive teams and Talent Acquisition functions across a diverse range of companies to help attract and retain top-tier legal talent.

Josh has a strong focus on the Life Sciences, BioTech, Manufacturing, and Consumer industries, recruiting across the full legal spectrum—including roles in Company Secretarial, Privacy, and Compliance.

A committed advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Josh integrates inclusive practices into every search, ensuring that every mandate benefits from a wide-reaching and equitable recruitment process.

Prior to his career in recruitment, Josh studied English Literature at the University of Exeter. Outside of work, he enjoys baking, skilfully avoiding the gym, and unwinding with a glass of wine in hand.
