About me

Justin joined MRA Search in April 2024 as a Senior Consultant on the Hong Kong team. Prior to that, he began his recruitment career at SSQ and spent over two years there, working with both international and domestic law firms, focusing on placing lawyers in private practice within the region.

Justin is enthusiastic about connecting with new people from diverse communities. He wholeheartedly embraces the motto "Stay genuine, and the tables will turn," believing it to be a rule of thumb for building trust and rapport with others.

Outside of the office, Justin is a devoted fan of the Golden State Warriors basketball team. He dedicates most of his free time to various sports activities, including basketball, tennis, badminton, hiking, and outdoor workouts. In addition to sports, he also enjoys exploring speakeasies and live houses in town.

You will be aware of all of this, given you have the pleasure of working with Justin, but I cannot speak highly enough about my experience over the course of this process.
