Kay Khan

Kay joined MRA in 2018 as a senior consultant in the International Team, leading associate and senior recruitment across Europe and the Middle East. In particular, she focuses on recruitment in France, Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates.

Having placed fee earners into leading firms across the globe, Kay offers candidates from all practice areas a unique insight into market trends and truly understands the motivations behind each lateral hire. With a deep understanding of the international legal market and a meticulous approach to recruitment, Kay has established a strong network across Europe and the Middle East, from Magic Circle, top US to prestigious and highly ranked local firms.

After reading Law at the University of York, Kay worked for an international search firm for a year before joining MRA.
