Lauren Adams

Lauren joined MRA Search in 2024 and is a Marketing Executive. She is responsible for implementing, and suggesting ways to adjust, the firm’s marketing strategy both within the UK and internationally. Lauren works with all our teams to help them fulfil their business objectives through specific marketing campaigns that encompass thought leadership, events, sponsorship, websites, advertising, PR and social media. Lauren is also tasked with translating content into different languages, when required.

Lauren holds a BA and an MPhil in Modern Languages and Literature (Italian and Spanish), and has previous work experience in marketing, sales and recruitment.

Outside of work, Lauren is a keen photographer, loves travelling, a good book, and a wide variety of music.
