Lucy Morris

Lucy joined MRA Search in 2024, and is a Senior Consultant in our in-house legal team. She recruits across all levels and sectors, with a focus on technology, retail and FMCG.

Before joining MRA Search, Lucy worked in a start-up recruitment agency, placing legal professionals into fast-growth tech companies. She also worked in a Silver Circle law firm's internal talent acquisition and flexible legal resourcing teams.

Lucy graduated from an MSc in Criminal Law and Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2020 and from LLB Law from Plymouth University in 2018. She is an Associate with the CIPD, and qualified with an Employment Law specialism.

Outside of work, Lucy teaches yoga and is an avid runner and reader.
