Nihaal Maharaj

Nihaal is a Senior Consultant at MRA Search and a member of the firm’s International Team, specialising in the placement of lawyers across London, the Middle East, APAC and Offshore jurisdictions. He advises associates through to senior lawyers on strategic international moves, working closely with candidates to align career ambitions and personal priorities with the right market and platform.

Nihaal trained and qualified as a lawyer and practiced for several years in South Africa before embarking on a career in legal recruitment and relocating to London. This allows him to bring a practitioner’s insight to every search. His first-hand experience of both private practice and international relocation allows him to take a consultative approach in helping lawyers to navigate the process of making an international move.
