Rachel Gower

Rachel is the Head of Partner Resourcing at MRA Search and forms part of the UK and US Partner Team. She assists US/International Law Firms and her Partner Team colleagues with Partner-level searches across London and North America. Rachel is also an Australian qualified lawyer (not currently practising) who previously worked in the Corporate M&A/PE and Funds space at top tier law firms in Melbourne and London.

Outside of work, Rachel is an ex-professional national champion athlete who graduated her Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University. She was awarded the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Una Prentice Award for Top Female in 2022 for her academic excellence and achieved more than 15 awards during her time at law school, including being Top of her Law Class in various subjects.
