Reshma joined MRA Search in 2024, and is a Senior Consultant in our In-house team.

With over 9 years of dedicated experience in recruitment, Reshma’s expertise lies in hiring top-tier Compliance and Governance professionals within the financial services industry in Hong Kong. She was previously with Robert Walters, where she spent six years leading the Compliance desk with a focus on both buy and sell side clients. Her passion lies in understanding the unique needs of both organizations and candidates, ensuring a perfect match that fosters hiring success and retention.

Reshma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Beyond her professional life, she enjoys spending time with dogs, exploring new cafes, traveling, and practicing spirituality.
