Theo Moore

Theo joined MRA Search on the New York team in August of 2025.

Prior to MRA Search, Theo built a strong foundation in legal sales and client development. He began his career at American Express as a Retail Partnerships Analyst, servicing client relationships with Amazon, Walmart, and Saks Fifth Avenue. After Amex he moved into sales at ContractPodAi working with enterprise energy, manufacturing, and real estate corporate legal departments to implement Ai solutions.

A native New Yorker, Theo now leverages this experience to guide lawyers and clients with insight and precision.
