Yousra Laachir

Yousra is Senior Consultant in the Associate team. She undertakes searches for UK law firms ranging from the Magic and Silver circle to leading nationwide firms, mid-market practices and boutiques.

Prior to joining the company, Yousra was a Consultant at Search Consultancy where she also recruited Private Practice Associates across the Employment and Pensions sectors. She graduated from Law at the University of Surrey in 2021.

Outside of work, Yousra enjoys travelling, cooking and learning languages. She speaks Moroccan/Arabic, beginner-level French and is learning Spanish and German.
