Zi Ying Teo

Zi Ying joined MRA Search in 2023 to support the in-house teams across Asia and the Middle East. Specialising in Legal, regulatory, and compliance recruiting, she covers all levels of seniority, with a significant focus in Banking & Finance, Funds, FinTech, Technology, and Real Estate sectors.

Prior to her recruitment career, she was heavily involved in business school, where she participated in and won several hackathons and business competitions, and attended entrepreneurship programs, showcasing her strong drive and ambitious spirit.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she was a competitive ice skater, representing Singapore in Asia championships and earning top titles. Zi Ying is also a literature enthusiast and has been an avid golfer since childhood, currently working on attaining her golf handicap. She is natively bilingual in both English and Chinese.
