Established in 2009 by three co-founders, our first office in London was located around the corner from the building we are in today. Central to the City of London, we are well placed to connect and meet with lawyers and legal teams across the capital.

Led by CEO and co-founder Paul Roxburgh, our dedicated team in London works with legal departments all over the world to help build teams at all levels of seniority.

We have one of the largest associate search teams in London, and the only one with dedicated, separate teams working with UK and US law firms. We offer candidates access to established relationships that they will not find elsewhere.

In addition, we have a dedicated in-house search team in our London office, who place lawyers into leading brands in commerce and industry, banking and financial services. The team have built relationships over many decades and understands exactly what clients are looking for. All of this allows us to really match you to the right roles.
